MiRRORs Magazine Soft Launch

designBAR Studio was assigned to cover the MiRRORs magazine soft launch and MiRRORs ambassador search. The event was held in Mist Club, Kuala Lumpur. We met quite a bunch of celebrities such as Amber Chia, Winnie Loo, Carrie Lee, Gillian Hung and more! It was a rather exciting event. The pace was quite fast so we had to keep our eyes really sharp and fingers on the trigger and snapped away. The event was successful and some of our photos were published in the February issue of MiRRORs magazine. So, do enjoy our highlights of photos during the event. Edwin & Eeva Love Birds

The playful & very inquisitive nature of the love bird species best describes a couple that is active and being lovey-dovey together. This relatively common description for couples are easily blended together into the relationship that Edwin & Eeva has.

Why call this album lovebirds you ask?

Well, It’s because if love birds are kept in pairs, they will constantly groom each other and sit as close together as possible when sleeping or resting. Being together for many years, Edwin & Eeva are one of the loveliest couples and dearest friends we have ever seen. This album is specially dedicated to them to commemorate this wonderful relationship of theirs.

Georgina Mellow

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you say the word ‘Hippie’? Peace Sign, Free Love, Flower Power, Uncut hair, hair bands, guitars, volks wagen, etc. It’s one of the most influential sub cultures back in the 60s. Hippie fashions and values had a major effect on culture, influencing popular music, television, film, literature, and the arts. The word ‘mellow’ means to chill out, relax, settle down. That’s how easy going Georgina feels to be a beautiful hipster.

Sunshine with Diana Panda

What do you think of when you hear Sunshine girl? Well, my interpretation of it would be this album. A happy girl in the greens. Diana’s beautiful smile and turn a hot sunny day into a warm and cheerful day. The sunshine is a photographer’s best friend. Whenever you see a good sunlight, you know you’ll get a nice shot.
